Arbequina is a star Spanish cultivar with fleshy, small dark fruits and highly aromatic oil content. It is gentle and sweet with a quiet almond edge. Arroniz is a local variety found across the basque country and Navarra. Its oil has notes of grass, artichoke and tomato with hallmark spice
